REPRESENTATIVES OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY IN RIGA
Tana Abylaykhanova, Head of Postgraduate Education Department of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, and Zhibek Rakhmetulina, Professor of L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, conducted research at the partner organisation Baltic International Academy (BSA) in Riga within the framework of the research project.
The purpose of the scientific project IRN AP23490443 “Management of human capital, improving the quality of labour resources in the development of digital economy” is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, justification of conceptual provisions in the management of human capital in the digital economy, development on their basis practical recommendations for the assessment, formation and digital development of human capital in the context of a new ideology of the labour market to the quality of labour resources. During the scientific trip Kazakhstan scientists received consultations of J.L. Tsaurkubule, Doctor of Engineering, Professor of the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Management of the Baltic International Academy, specialist in the field of strategic management and human resources, marketing of human resources and labour market. The result of collective work was joint publications both in foreign editions and in Kazakhstan scientific journals.
Representatives of Kazakhstan universities met with the Head of the Baltic International Academy, Professor Stanislav Buka and Vice-Rector for Science, Doctor of Sociology Vladislav Volkov, who invited to participate in the annual international scientific conference BSA “Transformation of Society in Social Sciences and Humanities”, which will be held on 13-14 December 2024.
A meeting with the Vice-Rector for International Relations Inta Buka was also organised. Within the framework of business meetings the prospects of international and scientific co-operation between universities were discussed and agreements were signed.
At the Academy, Kazakh scientists visited the library, the Vysotsky Museum and an exhibition of paintings.
Conducting research under the project involves the formation of a new scientific approach to the management of human capital of enterprises in the development of the digital economy; solving the problems of improving the quality of human resources, the formation of professional competencies in the transition to new digital technologies, the development of a strategic model of human capital management in the digital economy, the study of issues to improve the inclusiveness of the labour market.
