WORKSHOP ON INCLUSIVE EDUCATION : NEW APPROACHES AND EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE

Head of the Centre for Continuing and Inclusive Education ‘Dana bala’ Alima Alipova and professors of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Yulia Kukina and Kymbat Kanapiyanova took part in a workshop on ‘The role of external relations in solving internal tasks of a boarding school’. The event was held in the Special Boarding School No. 1 of the EKR and gathered methodologists, teachers of special educational organisations and university teachers.

During the seminar, teachers of the CSI ‘Special Boarding School № 1’ of the EKR Under the leadership of the director Anara Zhunusova, the experience of the school in the education and upbringing of children with special educational needs was presented. The participants got acquainted with the methods of socialisation, career guidance and self-realisation of students through external relations and social partnership.

We thank CSI ‘East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Centre for Informatisation and Development of Education “Örken” for the invitation and organisation of this informative seminar-workshop, – said the head of Center for Continuing and Inclusive Education “Dana bala” Alima Alipova.

It is important to note that the rector of S. Amanzholov EKU Mukhtar Tolegen emphasises the development of special and inclusive pedagogy, investing significant resources in this area.

This seminar is important for sharing experience and strengthening co-operation in the field of special education, which will certainly contribute to improving educational services for children with special needs in our region.
