A SEMINAR ON THE USE OF INTERACTIVE METHODS IN TEACHING WAS HELD

As part of the cycle of methodological seminars of the department for the organisation of educational and methodological work, a seminar on “Pedagogical basis for the use of interactive methods in the educational process” was held. The event was attended by teachers and methodologists of the university. The speaker was Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Karlygash Kasentaeva.

During the seminar participants discussed the importance of interactive approaches to increase motivation and involvement of students. These methods promote active learning and the development of critical thinking. A panorama of interactive methods was presented: role-playing games, brainstorming and case methods.

In addition, Karlygash Kasentaeva demonstrated ways to improve the efficiency of work using electronic resources: “Bilim Media Group”, “Daryn Online”, Opiq, Moodle and others.

The seminar resulted in the development of recommendations on the introduction of interactive methods, including strategies for lesson planning and assessment of learning outcomes.

According to the seminar participants, such events are necessary for sharing experience and developing professional competences.
