A SERIES OF INTERACTIVE MASTER CLASSES WERE HELD IN EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY

The university continues to hold events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the opening of the specialty “Defectology”. This time specialists of the Department of Pedagogy and Correctional Psychology organized a series of interactive master classes.
The event was attended by representatives of the Special kindergarten “Altyn dan”, the Center of support of children with autism “Asyl Miras”, the Regional psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation, the Rehabilitation Center for children with special educational needs and others.

The organizers noted that the open interactive platform will promote the exchange of knowledge and experience among students, young and experienced specialists of inclusive education. The participants of the master classes considered the application of various techniques in the development of preschoolers, neurogymnastic exercises, adaptation of children to the social environment through adaptive physical education, involvement of children with disabilities in the learning process through games.

– Today I offered effective techniques that help to form counting activity in a child. This method has proved its effectiveness in my practice, – said Gulnar Syzdykova, a teacher-defectologist of the Rehabilitation Center for Children with Special Educational Needs.

During a series of exciting master classes, participants were able to assess not only theoretical aspects of inclusive education, but also practical ones. In addition, the event allowed students to establish contact with experienced practitioners.
