EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY TOOK THE LEADING POSITION IN THE NATIONAL H-INDEX RANKING – 2024

S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University became the leader of the group of universities with high scientific potential in the National H-index Ranking – 2024. Today East Kazakhstan University according to the results of the rating takes 36th position out of 100.

And its indicators have been strengthened:
National h-index – 17
Scopus h-index – 16
Web of Science h-index – 10
Google Scholar h-index – 49

Currently, more than 622 articles with active profiles with ORCID of the university faculty and young scientists are indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases. 220 faculty members and researchers have H-index indicators in WoS and Scopus databases.

Recall, Kazakh National H-index Ranking is an independent international rating aimed at assessing the scientific efficiency of scientists, research groups and organizations in Kazakhstan based on the consolidated Hirsch index.
