THE EDUCATION PROCESS FOR MUSIC STUDENTS DISCUSSED AT EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY

The Department of Culture, Sports and Primary Military Training held a scientific and methodological seminar on the theme: “Traditions and innovation in the process of teaching music students in modern conditions”.
The event gathered leading specialists and teachers in the field of music education. The moderator of the seminar was Nurgozhina A.B., candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor.

Within the framework of the seminar the head teacher of the children’s art school of Shemonaikha Elena Rosina presented a report on the basics of innovative teaching in the practice of the art school.
Gulmira Abdrakhmanova, music teacher, director of secondary school №17 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, told about creation of electronic methodical collection for music lessons in secondary school. Candidate of philological sciences, associate professor of the Department of Culture, Sports and Primary Military Training Marina Muzhchil prepared a speech on the models of programs of musical and aesthetic education.

It should be noted that the event became a platform for discussing topical issues of music education and the introduction of innovative approaches to the training of music students.
