EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY HOSTED THE CITY FORUM “RULE OF LAW IS THE GUARANTEE OF A FAIR KAZAKHSTAN”.

The Department of Jurisprudence of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University organized a city forum “Rule of Law – the guarantee of a fair Kazakhstan”. Students of the university took an active part in the event, improved their legal literacy and answered test questions. Also were read out reports aimed at the formation of anti-corruption culture.

– Today’s forum is aimed at forming an anti-corruption culture among student youth. The participants demonstrated their knowledge and formed public speaking skills,” said Gulmira Bayrkenova, Associate Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence.

As part of the forum, a quiz on jurisprudence and anti-corruption was organized for first-year students. The qualifying stage was held on the topic “Concepts and terms of Constitutional Law”. Based on its results, 15 participants advanced to the second round, which included five sections. An oratory contest was organized for third-year students. The participants honed their public speaking skills and eloquence.
