EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY STUDENT RECOGNIZED AS THE BEST IN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

Inara Bekturganova, a student of the specialty “Defectology”, won the international competition “The Best Student of Turkic Peoples” organized by the National Innovation Research Center “Bilim-Orkenieti” together with the Republican Innovation Center “Zhana Kazakhstan”. The large-scale annual event gathered participants from Kazakhstan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. The best in the fields of science, art and sports were selected to participate in the prestigious competition.

According to Inara, she learned about the contest through the Instagram page Bilim-orkenieti.

-I believe that a defectologist should always strive for self-improvement. This competition was an opportunity for me to show my ambition. At the contest, I presented my awards to the members of the commission, which confirmed my high level of training and active life position,” Inara said.

It should be noted that the student of East Kazakhstan University is the owner of the insignia “Altyn Belgi” and the Presidential Scholarship for academic success. Besides, the girl is a participant of scientific and methodological round table on the theme “Inclusion and RAS: realities and opportunities” and an active volunteer of the republican action “Taza Kazakstan”.

-During the diligent preparation for the competition I was motivated by the confirmation of the high reputation of my alma mater, – emphasized Inara.

According to her, East Kazakhstan University actively supports students in scientific and creative initiatives. The university has created all conditions for the development of scientific potential of students: specialized laboratories, high level of teacher training, access to modern educational and scientific resources, as well as a favorable atmosphere conducive to personal and professional growth.

In the future, Inara dreams of creating her own team engaged in the development of inclusive educational programs and support for children with special educational needs.
