PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF DUAL EDUCATION

S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a training seminar for teaching staff on the topic “Experience of best practices in the organization of dual training: problems and prospects”. The event was organized within the framework of the Winter School of “Academic Innovations”.

During the seminar participants discussed key issues related to the introduction and organization of dual training in the educational process, as well as the problems faced by educational institutions in the implementation of the dual system. In particular, lack of coordination 30%, limited industries 20% and low motivation of employers 25%.

The speaker was a senior lecturer of the Department of Physics and Technology Zhadyra Kalibek. In her speech, she spoke in detail about how dual education contributes to the preparation of highly qualified specialists ready to start their professional activities immediately after graduation.

-Our students should have the opportunity not only to study in classrooms, but also to get real experience at enterprises where they can apply their knowledge in practice. This opens up new prospects for their professional growth and employment,” said Zhadyra Kalibek.

The seminar ended with an exchange of opinions, during which the participants answered the speaker’s discussion questions on the topic discussed.
