DANA BALA INCLUSION ROOM OPENED IN SHEMONAIKHA DISTRICT

Rector of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Mukhtar Tolegen together with Akim of the region Nurymbet Saktaganov took part in the opening ceremony of general education school №4 named after Shakarim in Shemonaikha district, built within the framework of the national project “Comfortable School”.

In the new educational institution with the support of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University began work center “Bilim akparat” and inclusive classroom “Dana bala”.

Recall, at the IV meeting of the National Kurultai Kasym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized that every child with special needs should have the opportunity for a full education. As part of the implementation of this initiative in Shemonaikha district was opened office of the Center for Continuing and Inclusive Education “Dana Bala”, which is a unique inclusive space in the region. The room is equipped with an author’s multifunctional speech therapy table developed by university scientists. The equipment helps to solve the problems of phonetic perception, visual and verbal memory, verbal and logical thinking, correct pronunciation and accent. In addition, the room has a balancer for the development of muscle activity.

The Bilim Akparat Vocational Guidance Center was previously opened in the villages of Akzhar, Zaisan and Kurchum. Its main goal is to provide professional support to schoolchildren when entering higher education institutions.

District Akim Didar Mukhtarbekuly noted in his speech that the district education department and East Kazakhstan University actively cooperate.

-Last week a special excursion to the university was organized for schoolchildren of our district, where they got acquainted with the educational environment and got answers to their questions, – said the akim.

It should be noted that for the last five years, 130 graduates of Shemonaikha district entered East Kazakhstan University, 62 graduates of the University were enrolled in the University. S. Amanzholov, 62 of them became owners of state grants.
