EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY TEACHERS VISITED KYRGYZ-TURKISH UNIVERSITY

Within the framework of the academic exchange program “Orhun”, senior lecturers of the Department of Economics, Management and Finance of Amanzholov University Dinara Mamyrbekova and Yerzhan Domalatov visited the Faculty of Tourism of Kyrgyz-Turkish University “Manas”. During the visit they met with the Dean of the Faculty, PhD, Professor Yasin Boylu and Deputy Dean, PhD, Naryngul Margazieva.

It should be noted that the Faculty of Tourism of Manas University was founded in 2007 and initially functioned as the School of Tourism and Hotel Management. Today it offers educational programs in such directions as management of tourism and hotel business, management of tourist enterprises and excursion activity, as well as catering management.

The educational process at the faculty combines theoretical training and practical training. Classes are held in modern computerized classrooms, and students practice their skills in training laboratories of cooking, service, bar and training hotel. This allows them to gain valuable practical experience necessary for a successful career in the tourism industry.

The faculty currently has more than 80 international students from seven countries, which creates an international atmosphere and promotes cultural exchange among young people. Students actively participate in university events, strengthening the spirit of tolerance and international cooperation.
