AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY, A PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSE ON “THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATORS AND THEIR MODERN ASPECTS” HAS LAUNCHED

As part of the educational program for preschool educators, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a professional development course for preschool organization teachers on the topic “The Professional Activities of Preschool Educators and Their Modern Aspects” began at the Professional Training and Continuing Education Resource Center of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University from January 26 to February 6, 2026.

The purpose of the course is to improve the professional performance of preschool educators in the process of educating and teaching young children in a specially organized developmental environment, enhance pedagogical skills, and create conditions for developing the competencies necessary for the professional activity of educators in accordance with the requirements of the professional standard.

The objectives of the course include familiarizing participants with updates in legislative and regulatory acts in the field of preschool education; introducing modern approaches to child upbringing and education; improving the qualifications of teaching staff in educational organizations implementing standard curricula and developing practical professional skills; explaining effective ways to organize children’s core activity—play—based on modern approaches, as well as developing the potential to apply integrated approaches in forming the necessary skills in children; training in the effective use of IT technologies, digital educational resources, and virtual laboratories in pedagogical practice; and increasing teachers’ motivation for professional activity.

The course is conducted by senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogical Education and Management at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Kargash Zholzhaksynovna Atymanova.
