STUDENTS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY TOOK PART IN THE ECOLOGICAL CAMPAIGN “ZHASYL AULA BAYTAKPEN”

Students of the ecological club “Zhasyl Tolkan,” operating at the Department of Ecology and Geography of the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, took part in the ecological campaign “Zhassyl Aula Baytakpen,” dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was organized in cooperation with the East Kazakhstan branch of the Green Party “Baytak” and Elit Stroy Group. The purpose of the campaign was to green the yard spaces, strengthen environmental awareness among the population, and foster love for the native land.

During the event, students, together with local residents, planted trees and shrubs, carried out landscaping work, and conducted discussions aimed at improving environmental literacy and promoting careful treatment of nature.

At the conclusion of the campaign, the Department of Ecology and Geography of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University was awarded an honorary certificate from the East Kazakhstan branch of the Green Party “Baytak” for their dedicated work in environmental protection, significant contribution to the development of ecological culture, and active civic engagement aimed at preserving the region’s natural heritage.
