OPENING OF “CLINICAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL NOVEMBER”: MEETING WITH PSYCHOTHERAPIST NIKOLAI RYCHAGOV

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, the ceremonial opening of “Clinical-Psychological November” took place. The first guest of the event was Nikolai Rychagov, a practicing psychologist-psychotherapist specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy.

During the meeting, a substantive and open dialogue on psychotherapy, its goals, objectives, and possibilities was held. The speaker detailed the principles of the cognitive-behavioral approach, shared professional observations and practical experience, and answered numerous questions from students.

The atmosphere was warm and inspiring. Participants gained not only useful knowledge but also the opportunity to see how the theoretical foundations of psychology are reflected in practical application.
