At Amanzholov University, the IT project competition “Digital Future” was held.
At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, an IT project competition for students, “Digital Future,” was held. The event was organized by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Information Technologies and was conducted at a high professional level.
The main goal of the competition was to increase students’ interest in project-based activities, develop teamwork skills, and enhance their ability to publicly present scientific and applied results. The competition targeted students interested in artificial intelligence and information technologies.
During the event, students presented their own IT projects aimed at solving current scientific, technical, and applied problems. Participants independently chose project topics and showcased innovative ideas and practical solutions.
Students from the programs “Robotics and Artificial Intelligence,” “Information Systems,” “Informatics (IP),” and “Mathematics – Informatics” actively participated in the competition.

Grand Prix:
Third-year students of the program 6B06102 “Information Systems,” Arai Yergali and Elnar Satbekov, with the project “Automatic Early Diagnosis of Lung Diseases Based on Deep Learning (YOLOv8).”
1st place:
First-year student of the program 6B01101 “Robotics and AI,” Aleksey Khoryov, with the project “Quizi_Test.”
2nd place:
Third-year students of 6B06102 “Information Systems,” Asylbek Erkinbek, Akniet Temirkhan, and Elbek Abdrazakhov, with the project “Money Tracker — Financial Control.”
Third-year students of 6B06102 “Information Systems,” Askhat Cheriyazdanov and Nurzhan Nurlikanov, with the project “EchoPlay — Interactive Mobile App to Boost Daily Activity through Micro-Challenges.”
3rd place:
Second-year students of 6B06102 “Information Systems,” Togzhan Aidarkhankyzy and Anel Zhaksylik, with the project “ExamTrainer — Exam Preparation Simulator.”
Second-year students of 6B01511 “Mathematics – Informatics,” Madi Marat, Maratov Ernur, and Aibota Mauletkhan, with the project “UniStep: Digital Mentor for First-Year Students.”
The IT project competition “Digital Future” became an important platform for developing students’ innovative thinking and enhancing their professional competencies in artificial intelligence and digital technologies at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.
