THE REGIONAL OLYMPIAD “YOUNG BIOLOGIST” TOOK PLACE AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

The regional Olympiad “Young Biologist” was organized by the Department of Biology of the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

11th-grade students from city schools, districts, and across the region took part in the intellectual competition, demonstrating their knowledge and level of preparation in biology. During the Olympiad, participants completed both theoretical and practical tasks, showing a high level of preparation and strong competitive spirit.

According to the results of the competition, first, second, and third prize places were awarded to students from Schools No. 1 and No. 15 of Ust-Kamenogorsk, as well as from the Bauyrzhan Momyshuly Secondary School of the Glubokovsky District Education Department.

The grand prize and an educational grant from the university were awarded to 11th-grade student Ainel Zhakayeva from Secondary School No. 20 named after A. Baitursynov in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Ainel is one of the determined graduates who has chosen to pursue her studies at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

At the end of the Olympiad, all participants were wished success in their дальнейшей studies and life path, and the organizers expressed hope to see them among the university’s future students.
