ACADEMIC COUNCIL OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY: RESULTS, UPDATES, AND DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a regular meeting of the Academic Council was held, during which key issues related to the development of educational and scientific activities were discussed.

During the meeting, deans of the higher schools delivered reports, presenting their work through detailed presentations. In their speeches, they highlighted the results achieved, the changes implemented, and the initiatives carried out. Special attention was given to improving the quality of education, developing scientific potential, updating educational programs, and enhancing the material and technical base.

Alongside the positive outcomes, the deans also identified several areas requiring further improvement. In particular, they emphasized the need to strengthen research activities, expand international cooperation, and implement modern educational technologies.

As part of the meeting, participants also once again congratulated the university’s rector on receiving a high state award. On behalf of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, he was presented with a Letter of Appreciation and a commemorative badge for his significant contribution to the development of the new Constitution, as well as for his participation in organizing and conducting the nationwide referendum.

The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere, reaffirming the university’s commitment to further development, improving the quality of education, and strengthening its position in the country’s academic and scientific landscape.
