OPEN LESSON ON THE ANALYSIS OF MINERAL FERTILIZERS WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At the Department of Chemistry, an open lesson on the topic “Analysis of Mineral Fertilizers” was conducted under the supervision of Master of Natural Sciences, Senior Lecturer San S. Orazova. The session was aimed at enhancing students’ professional competencies and applying theoretical knowledge in practice.

Third-year students of the “Chemistry and Nanomaterials” and “Chemical Forensic Expertise” educational programs took part in the lesson. The learning process was organized in an interactive format: participants were divided into groups of farmers, miners, chemists, and environmentalists. This approach allowed students to comprehensively examine the topic and relate it to real-life situations.

During the lesson, issues related to the production of mineral fertilizers in Kazakhstan and worldwide were discussed in detail. Their environmental impact, chemical composition, methods of quality determination, and laboratory analytical techniques were also considered. Within their assigned roles, students analyzed the importance of fertilizers in agriculture, environmental safety issues, production characteristics, and exchanged opinions.

A distinctive feature of the open lesson was its high methodological level and active interactive format. It contributed not only to deepening students’ theoretical knowledge but also to the development of analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and professional insight.

Overall, the conducted lesson was evaluated as an important educational experience that contributed to strengthening the professional training of future chemists and experts.
