CONFERENCE ON STUDENT TEACHING PRACTICE OF THE CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

A final conference on pedagogical practice was held at the Department of Chemistry for third-year students of the 6B01507 “Chemistry-Biology” educational program. The event took place in a mixed format, both offline and online via the ZOOM platform.

Representatives of schools also participated in the conference, along with junior students who joined remotely. This format helped expand the audience and ensured the exchange of experience between future teachers and practicing educators.

During the conference, students presented the results of their teaching practice, shared personal impressions, and discussed challenges they encountered along with ways of overcoming them.

Special attention was given to methodological innovations: participants demonstrated developed didactic materials, modern approaches to teaching chemistry and biology, as well as innovative methods of working with students.

Faculty members of the department noted the high level of student preparation, their professional growth, and readiness for teaching activities. At the end of the event, the results of the practice were summarized and final grades were announced.

Such conferences contribute to the development of professional competencies of future teachers, the formation of analytical and self-assessment skills, and the strengthening of ties between the university and educational institutions.
