STUDENTS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY WON A PRIZE PLACE IN THE REPUBLICAN COMPETITION ASIA ZANGERI 2026

On May 15 in Astana, the team of Amanzholov University demonstrated outstanding performance in the final of the republican competition Asia Zangeri 2026 and won III place.

The university was represented by third-year students of the “Jurisprudence” educational program, Arina Kasenova and Darya Bityutskaya. Aleksandra Osipova also actively participated in preparing the team for the competition and oral court hearings.

The team was supervised by lecturer of the Department of Law Maryanna Ivanovna Dyachuk. She supported the participants throughout all stages of the competition, shared her professional experience, and helped shape the legal position of the team.

The final stage was held in the format of a mock trial. Participants defended the positions of the parties in a complex tax-administrative dispute before a jury that included representatives of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, and the cassation instance.

According to the results of the competition, the team ranked among the top three out of 96 teams and received the honorary III place in the category of judicial proceedings in the Russian language.

This achievement became the result of the students’ deep knowledge, professional training, and the high-quality mentorship of their instructors.
