MEETING OF THE COMMISSION ON ALLOCATION OF PLACES IN STUDENT HOUSES HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

On August 18, 2026, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a meeting of the competitive commission tasked with allocating accommodation for students in the Student Houses for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The session was attended by deans of the university’s higher schools, the director of the Higher College, heads of the Student Houses, officers in charge of educational and social affairs and youth policy, as well as representatives of labor union and public organizations.

The agenda focused on reviewing competitive applications and allocating student accommodation places for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Commission members received comprehensive information regarding submitted student applications, supporting documentation, and the overall availability of vacancies across the Student Houses. All applications were evaluated in strict compliance with current regulatory requirements and established housing priority categories.

In line with valid regulations, dormitory places are allocated competitively by a designated commission. The rules governing the allocation of dormitory accommodation in higher and postgraduate education institutions were approved by Order No. 219 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 30, 2022, as amended.

Following the review, the commission adopted resolutions on the allocation of accommodation places for students in the Student Houses for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Furthermore, responsible units were instructed to ensure the timely and proper execution of all necessary documentation and to organize the check-in and move-in process across the Student Houses.

The allocation of places and student check-in procedures are carried out in full accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and established institutional rules.
