SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP AND INNOVATION: CHAIR OF THE SECTORAL TRADE UNION VISITED AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a working meeting with Aigul Maksatovna Mukasheva, Chair of the Kazakhstan Sectoral Trade Union of Education, Science and Higher Education Workers.

The main topics of the meeting were the development of social partnership, protection of labor rights, and support for young professionals.

The Chairman of the Board – Rector Gulzhan Jarassova took part in the meeting.

Nazgul Bazarbayevna Kassenova, Chair of the East Kazakhstan Regional Trade Union of Education, Higher Education, Science and Other Public Sector Workers, also joined the discussion.

The parties considered current issues related to trade union activities, mechanisms for interaction with employees, and further areas of cooperation. Particular attention was paid to creating favorable conditions for the professional development of young specialists and raising their awareness of labor rights.

An important part of the programme was a visit to the AI CENTER AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY. Aigul Mukasheva learned about the Center’s capabilities and the University’s experience in using artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process.

The programme concluded with a meeting with the University’s trade union representatives, where participants exchanged practical experience and discussed current issues related to the organization’s activities.

The working visit became a platform for professional exchange and further strengthened cooperation between the University and the sectoral trade union.
