NEW CONSTITUTION – A NEW LOGIC OF THE STATE

Today, Amanzholov University held a training seminar entitled “New Constitution – A New Logic of the State: What Has Changed for the Government, Society and Each of Us?”

During the meeting, participants discussed the key changes introduced by the new Constitution and their significance for public life. Particular attention was paid to interaction between the state and society, as well as to the rights and responsibilities of citizens.

The seminar was conducted by Gulmira Toleubekovna Bairkenova, Associate Professor at the Department of Jurisprudence and Candidate of Legal Sciences. She presented the main areas of constitutional reform and explained their legal significance.

At the end of the event, participants had an opportunity to ask questions and exchange views on the topic discussed.

The seminar provided a meaningful platform for gaining a deeper understanding of the essence of the constitutional changes and their significance for society.
