OPEN CLASS AS A METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE ACTIVITY OF A UNIVERSITY TEACHER
As part of the cycle of methodological seminars for teaching staff, the next training seminar was held, the theme of which was “Open class as a method of controlling the activities of university teachers”. The organizers of the event were specialists of the department for organization of educational and methodical work. The aim is to provide educational and methodical support to the university teachers and to improve methodical work.
The work of the seminar began with an introductory speech of the Director of DAPiUOP Erzhan Domalatov, who reminded about the importance of educational and methodical support in the educational process.
The speakers of the seminar were candidate of chemical sciences Aubakirova Roza and candidate of pedagogical sciences Shaikhova Bakyt.
They revealed the importance of the open class, which is an element of teaching staff activity to improve the quality of the educational process. Thus, Professor Bakyt Shaihova and students conducted demonstration experiments to determine the pH of salts with different types of hydrolysis. In addition, the students were presented interpretations of the application of educational technologies. For example, “inverted lecture”, “brainstorming”, “group work” and others.
