UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR EMERGES VICTORIOUS IN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

The results of the International Competition for the best scientific book on jurisprudence have been summarized. The competition, organized by the Law Institute, received 164 monographs from universities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Nizhny Novgorod, Omsk, Tomsk, as well as from scientists of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.

It should be noted that according to the results of the competition, Associate Professor of ЕКU, Dr. Kuat Rakhimberdin took the first place for the monograph “Overcoming the legacy of the Gulag: from the past to the present of the penal system of Kazakhstan”.

Chairman of the Commission, Director of the Law Institute Yevgeny Anichkin expressed his gratitude to the Kazakh professor and awarded a diploma.
