145 ADVOCATES OF THE VKO TOOK ADVANCED TRAINING COURSES AT THE UNIVERSITY

At the alma mater was held a solemn presentation of certificates to lawyers who passed the advanced training program.

Recall, in the framework of cooperation between the Bar Association of EKR and EKU were organized online refresher courses on the program “Legal regulation of advocacy in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

“Servants of the law” were trained 20 hours during the week. Classes were conducted by associate professors of the EKU Bairkenova Gulmira, Rakhimberdin Kuat, Ramazanova Ainur, Senor-lecturer Abikanov Yerzhan, lawyer of the Bar Association of EKR Sabitova Asyl, Professor of the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy Matskevich Irina, Chairman of the Court Kamalov Farhad, Judge of the ICAC of East Kazakhstan region Zhunuspekova Saltanat, Judge of the ICAC of East Kazakhstan region Magzumova Makhabbat, Head of “Kazenergogroup” LLP Okasova Nurgul and Head of the State Institution “Department of Land Relations of East Kazakhstan region” Mikheilis Nadezhda.

According to the organizers of the course, the students studied the status of an attorney in civil proceedings, the peculiarities of labor disputes, psychological techniques of advocacy, judicial practice of contract law, and others.

During the awarding of certificates, Irina Rovnyakova, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and International Cooperation, congratulated the specialists on the quality knowledge and a new step in their professional activity.

At the end of the event, the trainees noted the high quality of the program and expressed their gratitude to ECU for organizing the training.
