14 STUDENTS COMPLETED THE ACADEMIC MOBILITY PROGRAM
14 students of S. Amanzholov EKU have successfully completed six-month training on academic mobility programs in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Poland.
Earlier, six young men and women went to brotherly countries – Turkey and Azerbaijan under the ORHUN program. In particular, to partner universities Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University, Bahçeşehir University, Kapadokya University, Bursa Uludağ University, Ege University and Baku State University. The students of the university were engaged in research work in the fields of mathematics, tourism, management and chemistry during one semester.
ORHUN is an international exchange program between members of the Association of Turkic Universities. Its main objectives are to recognize the equivalence of diplomas between universities, joint implementation of research projects and providing special scholarships for young people involved in the study of the Turkic world.
The other eight students chose Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland to study abroad. This is a state university, which for many years has remained among the best Polish educational institutions. Its majors include humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and arts-related sciences.
– We all came back with a baggage of useful knowledge and skills acquired in different parts of the world. It was an unforgettable time of immersion in other cultures,” says student Zhanerke Makhmutova.
