FLOODS IN KAZAKHSTAN: TUKU SENT HUMANITARIAN AID TO THE VICTIMS

The indifferent staff of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University collected the necessary humanitarian aid for the flood victims and sent the cargo to Aktobe region. More than 1300 houses were flooded there, about 8 thousand cattle died, 64 settlements remain without transport communication.
By common efforts the university staff collected food, water filters, personal hygiene products, household chemicals, medicines and warm home accessories – blankets and pillows. Students were not left aside. Young guys became voluntary volunteers, coordinating the sending of humanitarian cargo.
As the university administration notes, it is the duty of every citizen to help the affected Kazakhstani people.
