AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY HOSTED A NATIONAL DEBATE TOURNAMENT

In EKU named after S. Amanzholov. S. Amanzholov EKU hosted the republican debate tournament “DILMAR CUP V”, organized by the Department of Educational Work and Social Issues of EKU and the debate club “Dilmar”. The event was attended by 24 teams from different parts of the country.
– The topics of today’s discussion are topical in the country and the world. For example, international relations, economic development and language issues,” said EKU student Zhiger Sarsenbayev.
The discussion tournament consisted of three stages. During the second day, participants were awarded letters of appreciation, diplomas and money certificates.
According to the results of the jury, several debaters received nominations “Best Judge”, “Best Speaker”, “Youth Finalist”. Debate finalists Ali Emil and Ertis Arykhkhanov were awarded 50,000 tenge, Kenzhekhan Dalelbek, Nurkhan Yeraly, Botagoz Sagynbekova and Aibek Toktargaliev – 70,000 tenge.
The winners of the republican debate tournament “DILMAR CUP V” were Nurbakyt Isakhan and Nursultan Kadyrgaziev, who were awarded a prize of 150,000 tenge.
– The game was held at the highest level. For two whole days we were all very impressed. This is a wonderful experience for me,” said Nursultan Kadyrgaziev.
