A REGIONAL SEMINAR ON ANTI-CORRUPTION COMPLIANCE WAS HELD AT EKU

A regional seminar on anti-corruption compliance organized by the EKR Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place at the alma mater.

-Our main goal is professional training of colleagues, increasing their competence for quality performance of their job duties,” explained Gulnur Bekbaeva, a senior officer of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on EKR.

The event was attended by 70 specialists of compliance services of the quasi-public sector of the region.
During the seminar, the participants made extensive presentations on topical issues. In particular, anti-corruption policy and its reforms, internal analysis of corruption risks, certification to ISO 37001-2017 “Anti-bribery management system”.

Note, the speakers were also representatives of EKU. Senor-lecturer of the Department of Jurisprudence Aksana Kalenova told about the settlement of conflicts of interest in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In turn, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy Yulia Kukina conducted a psychological training on the formation of corporate culture.

At the end of the event compliance officers were presented with certificates of confirmation of new knowledge and skills.
