JOB FAIR: NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

Graduating students of S. Amanzholov EKU and Higher College took part in the city job fair organised by the Career Centre of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
The event provided future specialists with a unique opportunity to prepare for the employment process and provided direct interaction with potential employers. More than 40 enterprises and organisations of the regional centre, including ‘Vostokmashzavod’ JSC, ‘Ulba Metallurgical Plant’ JSC, ‘Oskementranstelecom’ JSC, ‘Ust-Kamenogorsk CHPP’ LLP, ‘Emil’ LLP offered more than 300 vacancies.

– Today I was able to learn about real requirements of employers and even found some interesting offers. This is a great chance to understand in advance what exactly is needed for successful employment and what skills should be developed, – said student Olga Lyovina.

The meeting with employers in the region allowed graduates to learn about the requirements of the labour market and current trends in various industries.

-I found several companies that interested me, and now I plan to do an internship there,’ said Daryn Aryngazin, a fourth-year student of the S. Amanzholov University.
