MALAYSIAN SCIENTISTS DEVELOP A MEDICAL INNOVATION

At the beginning of September, physicists from Sains Malaysia University and Sultan Idris Education University (Malaysia) came to S. Amanzholov EKU. Drs Nur Nabihah Binti Yusof and Muhammad Noorazlan Bin Abd Azis are engaged in the production of concentrated powder from sunflower seeds on the basis of the university. Such powder can be used in many fields. Including in medicine and even in the production of ecological toothpaste.

In addition, within the framework of cooperation, researchers give lectures for master’s students, doctoral students, teachers and students of educational programmes ‘Physics’, ‘Nuclear Physics and Nuclear Power Engineering’, ‘Applied Physics, Nanomaterials and Innovation’. The professors are highly qualified specialists in the field of materials science. Each of them has more than 10 years of research experience. Hirsch index of Nur Nabihah Binti Yusof is 10. The same index of Muhammad Noorazlan Bin Abd Azis is 18.

According to the foreign scientists, they were warmly welcomed at EKU. The guests note the friendliness and hospitality of the representatives of the alma mater.
