HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT: AN INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR WAS HELD
On the basis of the Higher School of Business and Law was held a scientific seminar on the implementation of the project “Human capital management, improving the quality of human resources in the development of digital economy” in the grant funding of basic and applied research on the priority: “Intellectual potential of the country”.
The scientific head of the project, professor of L.N.Gumilev ENU, Ph.D. Zhibek Rakhmetulina with the working group discussed organisational and scientific and methodological issues on the implementation of plans and tasks for 2024. In particular, conducting theoretical analysis on the research of the problem of human capital management, studying foreign experience in applying the basic principles of human capital development in the digital economy, defining new labour market requirements to the quality of labour resources, developing a set of digital competencies.
It should be noted that the working group includes Igor Dubina, Doctor of Economics, Professor of Altai State University, Mainur Ordabaeva, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Management and Finance, Tana Abylaykhanova, PhD, Senor Lecturer Yerzhan Domalatov, doctoral students Aigerim Rakhmetulina and Asem Bukhatova.
According to the scientists, the implementation of this project involves close cooperation with domestic and foreign universities: Baltic International Academy (Latvia), Novosibirsk State University, Altai State University and L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University.
Today, the project has published a textbook in Russia, three articles in international scientific and practical conferences, and six articles in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and included in the RSCI database.
In addition, meetings were held in Riga with the leadership of the Baltic International Academy.
It should be noted that the mechanism developed within the framework of the project to implement the process of integrated management of digital human capital development at the enterprise will ensure the quality of labour resources.
