STUDENTS LEARNT ABOUT THE MEDIATION PROCEDURE

For the second year students of the educational programme “Jurisprudence” conducted a mediation procedure on the discipline “Civil Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. The training was organised by Associate Professor Ainur Ramazanova, PhD in Law. Participants of the unusual training session learnt new skills necessary for a future lawyer. Students demonstrated competence in the application of substantive and procedural norms in mediation.
