THE RESULTS OF THE JOINT PROJECT WITH THE DEPARTMENT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE OF THE EKR WERE ANNOUNCED

Rector of Amanzholov University Mukhtar Tolegen met with Zhanar Bukanova, Director of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in East Kazakhstan region, one of the best graduates of East Kazakhstan University. The parties discussed further development of cooperation.

It should be noted that in October 2022 S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University launched a joint project – School of Public Service with the Department of Public Service of East Kazakhstan region. In his Address to the Nation, the President of the country Kasym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized that New Kazakhstan needs new public managers. Strengthening the talent pool is a requirement of the present time.

-Today we are proud to note that 30 graduates of Amanzholov University have received certificates of successful completion of training at the School of Public Service. All graduates of the school have been employed in the civil service without competitive selection due to their excellent academic performance. Now the graduates of the university who studied under the state educational order and have a GPA of 3.33 or higher have the opportunity to enter the civil service without additional procedures,” said Mukhtar Tolegen.

In the 2024-2025 academic year, 11 East Kazakhstan University students are studying at the School of Public Servant. At the moment they have completed the theoretical part and are undergoing practical training in the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of EKR.
