UNIVERSITY STUDENT WON 1ST PLACE IN AN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

Evelina Kaun, a student of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, took the 1st place in the track “Horizons of Russia: Dream, Teach, Create” within the framework of the “Summer University-2025” held at Kazan Federal University.

The girl’s project “MURA: preserving the heritage of Turkic peoples” was highly appreciated by the jury and was recognized as the best in its direction. It is aimed at strengthening cultural ties, popularization of language, traditions and art of Turkic peoples through creative formats and modern approach.

Evelina shared her impressions:

“The trip to Kazan was a real inspiration for me and a new stage of personal and professional growth. The participation in the track was especially valuable for me. Kazan captivated me with its culture, architecture and hospitality, and the Summer University gave me confidence that young people can change the future today.
