UNIVERSITY SCIENTISTS TOOK PART IN THE XIII SYMPOSIUM OF THE ALTAI ASSOCIATION IN HUNGARY

The scientists of Sarsen Amanzholov VKU took part in the XIII Symposium of the Altai Association, which was held in Hungary, and shared their experience. More than 160 Altaic scholars from Macedonia, Japan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia and other countries expressed expert opinions on modern trends of the Turkic world, continuity of language and culture, integration processes in modern science, as well as discussed the formation of a common scientific space.

Head of the Department of Kazakh and Russian philology and journalism K. Barbosynova and candidate of philological sciences, literary scholar R. Mukysheva made reports, familiarizing the participants with the work carried out in this direction in the VKU.

The scientific researches of the teaching staff of VKU, which has been cooperating with the Department of Altaic Studies of Szeged University for many years, were highly appreciated by the international scientific community and opened new opportunities for establishing scientific ties.
