A DAY OF VISION AND INSPIRATION AT SARSEN AMANZHOLOV EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a truly remarkable event at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a seminar that left our students inspired, motivated, and filled with fresh ideas about the future of business and innovation. The session, led by distinguished Swedish pracademic Mr. Alex Matrsson, brought a powerful blend of global insight, real-world strategy, and uplifting academic spirit to our campus.

Mr. Matrsson, known internationally for his unique combination of academic expertise and hands-on business leadership, captivated the audience from the very first moment. His storytelling drew on examples from Swedish giants like IKEA and Volvo Group, as well as many successful Kazakh companies such as Kaspi, Happy Cake, Shoqan, and QazaqRepublic, and many other examples from around the world, offering students a rich perspective grounded in practical wisdom.

Throughout the seminar, he emphasized the beauty of serendipity, the discipline behind strategic thinking, and the importance of synergy-building in today’s interconnected world.
