“10 DAYS IN INDUSTRY”: CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP AND COOPERATION

     As part of days 3 and 4 of the “10 Days in Industry” campaign, our teachers from the “Preschool Education and Training” specialty carried out the activities outlined in the daily action plan at LLP Kindergarten “Shygys Baldyrgan”.
The activities focused on two key areas: “A Specialist’s Actual Workplace” and “New Technology-New Skills.”
      The main objectives were to study the kindergarten’s actual professional practices and identify modern technologies used in the workplace.
The meaningful and productive experience gained during the day provided an opportunity for the teachers to demonstrate and further develop their creative, practical, and professional skills, contributing to their comprehensive professional growth.
At the end of the day, the kindergarten staff assessed the teachers’ professional performance and provided positive feedback on the results of their work.
