REPRESENTATIVES OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY HELD A CAREER GUIDANCE MEETING AT THE HIGHER MEDICAL COLLEGE

As part of career guidance activities, representatives of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a meeting with students of the Higher Medical College in Ust-Kamenogorsk.

The purpose of the event was to inform graduates about opportunities for higher education and professional development at EKU.

From the university, the meeting was attended by Leila Baizhumanova, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, as well as senior lecturers of the Department of Psychology and Special Pedagogy, Karakat Baytemirova and Didar Yesimkhanova.

The speakers presented information on the university’s current educational programs, fields of study, admission requirements, and forms of academic support available to students.

Special attention was given to programs in pedagogy, biology, and chemistry, as well as prospects for continuing studies at the master’s level and participating in the university’s research projects.

EKU representatives emphasized that the university provides all conditions for student development — from academic mobility and internships to active student life and volunteer initiatives.

During the meeting, students showed strong interest, asking questions about scholarships, employment opportunities, and prospects for professional growth. According to the organizers, such events help college graduates make informed decisions about their future careers and choose the direction of their further education.
