TEACHERS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY COMPLETED AN INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC INTERNSHIP IN TURKEY

As part of the targeted program AP26199899 “Regional Integration of Literary and Linguistic Tourism in East Kazakhstan: Digitalization of the Etymology of Toponyms and Local Legends,” approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from November 18 to 22, 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Philology and Journalism, PhD in Philology, Berdibek Biyarov, and Associate Professor, PhD in Philology, Bakhytzhan Kelgembayeva, participated in a scientific internship at the Research Institute “Turkic World Studies” of Aegean University (Turkey).

During the internship, the faculty members conducted comprehensive research focused on the study of Turkic literary heritage, exploration of cultural interactions, and data collection in the fields of folklore, language, and literature. Meetings and experience exchange with leading scholars of Aegean University helped strengthen international scientific connections, launch joint research projects, and promote the integration of domestic science into the global research community.

The scientific results and experience gained during the internship will be applied in the university’s teaching and research activities. Additionally, this assignment made a significant contribution to improving the quality of higher education, developing academic competencies, and enhancing the university’s reputation in the international scientific arena.
