At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, an important and meaningful event took place. Nurlan Bayzhigituly, a religious scholar, theologian, holder of the “Kurmet” order, and honorary citizen of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, held a meeting with the student youth.
