THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN WERE DISCUSSED AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

An expert meeting was held at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University to discuss the provisions of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and current directions of the country’s constitutional development.

The discussion was attended by representatives of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan Region, schools, colleges, and universities, employers, career guidance specialists, representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the East Kazakhstan Region, the Career Center of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, as well as labor market experts.

During the meeting, participants examined the key amendments to the country’s Basic Law and their significance for improving the system of public administration, developing civil society institutions, and strengthening the principles of legality. The participants exchanged views on the role of the Constitution as a fundamental document defining the strategic directions of state development and emphasized the importance of legal stability and the consistent implementation of reforms.

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, the importance of open professional dialogue on issues of constitutional development and cooperation between government bodies, educational institutions, and public organizations was highlighted.
