LAW AND ORDER: AN INTELLECTUAL QUIZ GAME “ACADEMIC INTEGRITY – A GUARANTEE OF SOCIETY” WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, an intellectual quiz game entitled “Academic Integrity – A Guarantee of Society” was organized to widely promote the principles of “Law and Order,” foster an anti-corruption culture, and popularize the values of academic integrity.

The event was jointly organized by the University’s Anti-Corruption Compliance Service and the Department of Educational Work and Social Affairs. Eight teams representing various structural divisions of the university took part in the intellectual competition. Participants demonstrated a high level of knowledge, resourcefulness, and quick thinking.

During the game, teams showcased their understanding of the principles of academic integrity, the foundations of legal culture, and anti-corruption measures. The competition aimed to cultivate in young people a commitment to fairness, transparency, and responsibility, while promoting high moral values.

Academic integrity is a fundamental principle that strengthens the personal responsibility of every student and serves as a solid foundation for building a fair and open society. Such events contribute to enhancing students’ legal literacy and fostering a culture of zero tolerance toward corruption.

Based on the results of the competition, the prize-winning teams were determined as follows:
1st place was awarded to the “Creative” team of the Higher College.
2nd place was won by the volunteer club “Shuaq.”
3rd place was awarded to the “Kanagat” team of the Higher School of Business and Law.

The winning teams were presented with the Cup of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, as well as special letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts.
