METHODOLOGICAL LESSON GALLERY USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY
A methodological lesson gallery using artificial intelligence was held at Amanzholov University.
The event was attended by 150 educators from the East Kazakhstan region, including subject teachers, winners of the “Best Lesson Using Artificial Intelligence” contest, methodologists from district and city education departments, as well as university lecturers and students of pedagogical specialties.
Irina Rovnyakova, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and International Cooperation and Deputy Chair of the Board, delivered a welcome address to the participants. She emphasized the importance of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process and the relevance of developing digital competencies among teachers.
The main goal of the methodological gallery was to create a platform for sharing advanced pedagogical practices on the effective use of artificial intelligence tools in teaching.
The event was organized in the format of seven thematic galleries. In each gallery, two to three speakers presented practical examples of using AI tools in lessons across various subjects. Participants showcased their own projects and shared specific cases aimed at improving teaching quality, fostering critical thinking, and developing interdisciplinary competencies among students.
The practice-oriented format of the event allowed educators to exchange experiences, discuss opportunities for implementing innovative teaching methods, and identify prospects for further collaboration.
The organizers included the Center for Continuous and Inclusive Education “Dana Bala” and the Regional Scientific and Methodological Center “Örken” under the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region.
The methodological gallery became an important professional platform for developing the regional pedagogical community and strengthening the practice of applying artificial intelligence technologies in the educational environment.
