AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY, THE PHOTO EXHIBITION “PROUD OF MY FAMILY” TOOK PLACE

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, as part of the Digital Nauryz 2026 decade dedicated to the Nauryz holiday, a photo exhibition titled “Proud of My Family” was held on March 17 — Shanyrak Day.

The event was organized by the Department of Academic Policy and Educational Program Management, as well as the Dana Bala Center for Continuing and Inclusive Education. The main goal of the exhibition was to strengthen family values, promote generational continuity, and preserve national traditions.

The ceremonial opening began with a traditional blessing (bata), giving the event a special spiritual atmosphere. The program included the dance “Ata Tolghau,” the poem “Shanyrak Shuaqy,” and the song “Äke-Ana,” dedicated to parents, which made a strong impression on the audience.

A key part of the event was the photo exhibition itself, featuring family photographs of staff from various university departments. Each piece conveyed sincere feelings, love, mutual understanding, and generational continuity.

An educational quiz was also organized to promote national values and traditions, making the program even more engaging and interesting for participants.

At the conclusion of the event, participants emphasized its significance and relevance, highlighting the importance of preserving family values in modern society. Guests viewed the exhibition and took commemorative photos.
