OPEN LECTURE ON EXPLANATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW CONSTITUTION WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, Associate Professors of the Department of Law, Candidates of Legal Sciences Zh. E. Sadykanova and G. T. Bayrkenova conducted an open lecture for students. The lecture was dedicated to explaining the main provisions of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted at the national referendum on March 15, 2026.

The aim of the open lecture was to provide broad information on the key provisions of the new Constitution, clarify their content, and enhance students’ legal literacy and legal culture.

During the event, important principles of the new Constitution, which are significant for the development of society and the state, were comprehensively discussed. Students received detailed information on legal changes and updated constitutional norms.

The lecture was aimed at deepening students’ legal knowledge and forming their civic and legal culture.
