AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORLD NOMAD GAMES OPENING CEREMONY

Students from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University will take part in the opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games, a major international cultural and sports event.

The ceremony will take place on August 31, 2026, at the Bishkek Arena stadium in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. The opening proceedings will feature an extensive performance program dedicated to the rich culture, traditions, and national values of nomadic peoples.

Representing Kazakhstan, various creative ensembles and youth delegations will contribute to the program. Performers from the “Altai” ensemble of the East Kazakhstan Region have been invited to join a special production and are actively participating in rehearsals ahead of the grand opening.

Furthermore, students of Amanzholov University have been selected to join this international initiative. Driven, creative students from across different academic disciplines are directly involved in staging and preparing for the upcoming ceremony in Bishkek.

Participating in this international cultural project allows students to showcase their creative talents, gain valuable cross-cultural experience, and help promote Kazakhstan’s rich cultural heritage on the world stage.

Preparations for the opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games are currently underway, and representatives of Amanzholov University are fully engaged and ready to represent the country at this milestone celebration of nomadic heritage.
