AI DIGITAL BRIDGE: AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY STUDENTS EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

AI Digital Bridge Digitalization Week continues at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. As part of the programme, a lecture was held for students on the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and the practical use of modern AI tools.

The theoretical part was presented by Akmaral Sadakbayeva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Information Technologies. During the lecture, students were introduced to the main concepts and principles of artificial intelligence, the development of modern AI technologies, and the most widely used tools. Particular attention was paid to generative services, including ChatGPT, their capabilities, and the specific features of their use.

The practical part was conducted by Perizat Anafiya, Digital Officer of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization. Together with the students, she demonstrated the capabilities of generative artificial intelligence in practice.

Participants independently created visual images using AI tools and text prompts. During the practical session, students learned how to formulate prompts effectively, specify the necessary parameters, and refine their requests in order to obtain more accurate and higher-quality visual results.

The lecture gave students not only an opportunity to gain new knowledge but also guidance for further independent work in the field of artificial intelligence. Participants were introduced to possible areas and ideas for creating their own AI solutions and agents, which they will be able to develop, present, and demonstrate during the upcoming events of Digitalization Week.
