STUDENTS MET WITH THE CHIEF IMAM OF THE REGION

Students from the Department of Pedagogical Education and Management at EKU named after S. Amanzholov met with the chief imam of the East Kazakhstan region, Yermek Mukatai.

The meeting focused on the theme ‘Religion and Youth.’ During the conversation, the chief imam addressed questions from the students.

-Our main goal now is to prevent the influence of various religious movements on the youth. That’s why such explanatory meetings are crucial,- says the head of the Department of Pedagogical Education and Management, Gulden Yespolova.

It’s worth noting that EKU named after S. Amanzholov actively engages in regular informational work with the university’s youth.
